Exercise Physiology

  • Anyone ready to take control of their health with support from a qualified EP

Functional Assessments

Not just ticking boxes — we assess how you move, function, and respond physically so your rehab or training program starts in the right place. Everything we do is goal-driven, so you’re not just being measured… you’re being set up to succeed.

What’s involved in functional assessments?

  • Movement screens, strength testing, fitness profiling
  • Falls risk or return-to-sport assessments
  • Quantitative strength testing using dynamometers

Who are functional assessments ideal for?

  • Runners or athletes chasing better performance
  • NDIS participants needing specific support plans
  • Older adults needing falls prevention or confidence building
  • People pre- or post-op needing a clear baseline
  • Anyone who’s tried generic training and needs more insight

Athletic Programs

Whether you’re training for your first 10km or chasing a PB, we help runners and endurance athletes improve form, function and fitness — with less risk of injury and more joy in the process. No cookie-cutter plans, just coaching that gets results.

How It Works

Whether you’re coming to us through the NDIS, privately, or via a referral — our process is designed to be simple, supportive, and all about you.

We kick things off with a 1-on-1 session to learn about your health, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This is where we dig into your medical history, pain points, and goals so we can build a plan that makes sense for you.

What to Expect:

  • 45–60 min face-to-face or Telehealth session
  • Review of health history, current condition or symptoms
  • Goal-setting tailored to your needs or NDIS plan
  • Discussion of preferred locations and delivery format
  • Planning the next steps based on your goals and funding

Next, we run a full-body functional assessment to understand how you move, where your limits are, and what needs to improve. This is tailored to you — whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a disability, or training for a race.

May Include:

  • Strength, range of motion and balance testing
  • Gait or running assessments
  • Falls risk or injury risk screening
  • Pain/symptom analysis and physical capacity measures
  • Assessments relevant for NDIS reporting, rehab or sport

With your goals and baseline mapped out, we create a personalised program to guide your rehab, performance or health journey. We’ll work with you in a way that suits your lifestyle — whether it’s face-to-face, at home, or via telehealth.

What We Deliver:

  • Custom exercise or rehab program (gym, pool, home, running)
  • 1-on-1 or remote session delivery
  • Guidance on technique, pacing, and progression
  • Easy-to-follow program access (print or app)
  • Ongoing collaboration with your care team or GP
