Evan combines over 20 years of competitive sport (soccer and endurance training) with a strong background in exercise physiology to support people of all ages and abilities. He’s committed to helping clients build confidence, regain function, and achieve their goals — whether it’s returning to sport, staying independent at home, or managing a chronic condition.
