NDIS Participants

We provide tailored exercise physiology services to NDIS participants. We are a non-registered NDIS provider, so you will need to organise services through a self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plan. To ensure we meet your needs effectively, we will conduct an initial assessment to determine the appropriate services and goals for your individual plan.

NDIS Pricing

Hourly Rate: $166.99 per hour for exercise physiology sessions
Travel Fees: Travel is capped at 30 minutes at the same hourly rate. In certain cases, further travel may be approved with a higher fee based on location and service agreement. Please discuss with us during your assessment.
Pre-Approval Required: Before starting services, participants must have their NDIS plan manager pre-approve services following the initial assessment.

How It Works

Initial Assessment: After booking your first appointment, we’ll conduct a thorough assessment to understand your needs and goals.
Pre-Approval from Your Plan Manager: Once the assessment is complete, we’ll submit the necessary information to your plan manager for approval.
Begin Your Sessions: Once approved, we’ll schedule your sessions as per your plan, ensuring your exercise physiology sessions align with your goals.

Private Clients

Looking for evidence-based exercise physiology without the need for a referral or NDIS funding? We offer private exercise physiology sessions at our St Kilda and Moorabbin locations — perfect if you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or just want to improve your movement, strength, or performance.

Session Fees

Initial Assessment: $140.00 (60 minutes)
Follow-up Sessions: $110.00 (45 minutes)
Sessions are tailored to your goals and may include assessment, hands-on treatment, rehab exercise, programming, and education.

What You Need to Know

No Referral Required: Book directly if you’re self-funded.
No HICAPS Available: Full payment is made at the time of your session.
Invoices Provided: Claim eligible rebates directly through your health fund or Medicare provider.

Which health funds cover exercise physiology?

Most major private health insurers in Victoria offer rebates for exercise physiology depending on your extras cover. We recommend contacting your fund directly to check your eligibility before booking.

Referrals We Accept

Our accredited exercise physiologists work with a range of referring professionals and programs. Here’s how we support referrals:

NDIS

We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. A referral is needed so your support coordinator can include our services in your NDIS plan.

My Aged Care

We support eligible older Australians referred through My Aged Care. A current referral code is required to access services under your approved aged care plan.

Medicare

We accept GP referrals under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan to support chronic disease. This is not a bulk billed service, so a gap payment will apply.

DVA

We welcome clients referred through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA). Sessions are covered in part, with a small out-of-pocket cost.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens — but to keep things fair and running smoothly, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your exercise physiology session.

Late cancellations or no-shows (within 24 hours) will be fully invoiced, whether you’re a private client or an NDIS participant.
Of course, we’re human — if something unexpected pops up, just let us know. We’ll always take circumstances into account where possible.
