Exercise physiology focuses on improving movement and managing health through personalised exercise programs, whereas physiotherapy often emphasises manual therapy and acute injury treatment. Both disciplines complement each other, but EPs specialise in exercise-based rehabilitation and performance.
We see NDIS participants, people eligible through Medicare, those accessing My Aged Care, as well as privately funded clients. Our exercise physiology programs are tailored to each individual’s needs, abilities, and goals.
Most initial consultations and follow-ups run between 45–60 minutes, whether in-clinic, at home, or via Telehealth.
